Angela brings with her a wealth of experience in wellbeing, mental health and menopause support as well as being a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. She will work with you individually or in small groups, either face to face or online, to fully utilise CBT as a great option for many symptoms of menopause. Sessions will be available at weekends and evenings, as well as weekdays, recognising that you are juggling a lot and this could feel like one more thing to add to the list.

CBT is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that focusses on identifying and changing certain thought patterns and behaviours. It offers practical strategies to manage symptoms and improve overall quality of life. It can be used alongside alternative therapies or in conjunction with typical pharmaceutical treatments such as Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).
CBT can be held in a one to one appointment or group session, they can be face to face or virtual using MS TEAMs. We will tailor this to your needs, recognising that we have busy lives and it can be hard to find time in the working week, so we offer both weekday/working hours appointments and weekend/evening appointments. Don't let social anxiety put you off for the group sessions.. its hard initially, but don't underestimate the power and strength that come from being with women going through the same journey.. By session 6 you may well have forged new friendships with likeminded ladies.
